A drink to calm the mind.
Warm drinks are delicious even when spring comes.
Today, I would like to introduce a warm drink that I often have. It’s a variation of hot water.
Hot water is good, but some people might not like it.
It may have a metallic taste.
The smell of the pot or the container might be noticeable.
Without further ado, here’s the recipe.
Recipe
- Hot water: 4 parts
- Tea: 1 part (Just mix them in this ratio)
If you want to make 200ml:
- Hot water: 160ml
- Tea: 40ml
Try it once and then adjust the ratio to your liking. You can also change the tea to your preference, such as barley tea, oolong tea, or black tea.
Additionally, here are the three reasons why I recommend it:
- Easy to remember
- Easy to make
- Ready to drink quickly
You can easily remember ‘Hot water: Tea = 4:1’. No special tools are needed, anyone can make it. By adding a bit of cold tea that you keep in the fridge to boiling 100°C hot water, the temperature drops to a drinkable level quickly.
When you’re busy at work, When you come back from going out, When you want to relax, please enjoy it.
